Shipping Schedule
We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of order placement Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may see shipment occur 48-72 hours after order placement. These times will be extended during holiday periods or may be extended due to factors beyond our control like weather, mechanical or technical difficulties, or acts of nature.
**We do not ship on the following Holidays: President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve & New Years Day.
Warm Weather Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we recommend express shipping be selected at order placement. The charges will be more expensive than standard ground. The options are 3 Day, 2- Day, or Next Day.
Shipping Guidelines
Shipping Rates are based on weight and size as calculated by UPS and our Web Host Shopify. We only ship to physical addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) We will not process orders made to P.O Boxes. We will contact the customer to obtain a physical address or cancel and refund the order.
Delivery companies often leave packages shipped to a residential address outside and exposed to the heat, cold, or wet weather. We recommend tracking your shipment to assure that the order is not left out in damaging weather.
Another option is to have us ship to a business address, if possible, as UPS will deliver to a representative of said business.

Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the following:
-Errors or damage on the part of the shipping company including but not limited to damage to the shipment, caused by heat, cold, moisture, or physical trauma once the delivery company takes possession of the packages.
-Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and/or recipients because of incorrect information received at the
placement of the order
-Deliveries made to unoccupied addresses and which are left outside at the discretion of the delivery driver.
-Delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.
We will not pay for re-shipping costs due to any of the instances mentioned above which cause an order to be returned to us. We will re-ship after payment of re-shipping charges. If reshipment is declined, we will issue credit for the cost of the products returned to us.
