Here's a delicious grilled cheese sandwich which you can easily make with our Harvarti Cheese and Granny Smith Apples.

Use sliced sourdough bread, mayonnaise, Havarti cheese (or Havarti with dill), Gruyère cheese, and thinly sliced Granny Smith apple. You can try other cheeses and apples, just make sure the apple is one that is a little tart not just sweet and that one cheese is melt-y and the other is of medium body and flavor. I usually use butter to brown the bread, but the Duck Fat Spray also works well. A very flavorful pear also works very well in place of the apple.
