Refund policy

Since we sell food items, we are limited to what refunds or exchanges we will make. If there is an issue with your order, let us know and we'll do what we can to make it right for you. Corti Brothers takes extreme care in the selection and packaging of your order for transit. We currently use UPS exclusively for all shipments. The shipping cost of your order includes $100.00 of insurance coverage. If for any reason you do not receive your order in the typical transit time relevant to your delivery address despite a delivery confirmation offered by UPS, contact us as soon as possible by phone 916-736-3812 or email We will immediately have UPS place a physical trace on your order. UPS quotes up to an eight day trace time, which typically come back to us within 24–48 hours. They will require your shipping address, a phone number, and contact name. They may or may not contact you directly at their discretion for verification. If they cannot locate your order, or if they find that your order was damaged in transit deeming that the non-delivery was the fault of UPS, they will issue Corti Brothers an insurance claim form covering $100.00. Upon the receipt of this claim form, Corti Brothers will replace or refund the value of your order up to the $100.00 insurance amount. If your order exceeds $100.00 in value and you would like to insure your order for more than the $100.00 included in the shipping cost, please contact us directly prior to placing your order phone 916-736-3812 or email At our desecration, We may or may not choose to ship out a replacement order prior to the receipt of the UPS authorized claim form. Any refund in lieu a re-shipment would only occur after receipt of said UPS claim form at the value of the order not exceeding the $100.00 amount of insurance. If your order arrived damaged, do not discard the shipping container or contents
prior to the UPS approval of claim as UPS may seek proof of damage.


We are not responsible for the following:

-Errors or damage on the part of the shipping company including but not limited to damage to the shipment, caused by heat, cold, moisture, or physical trauma once the delivery company takes possession of the packages.
-Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and/or recipients because of incorrect information received at the
placement of the order
-Shipments which are undeliverable on the first attempt by the shipping company.
-Deliveries made to unoccupied addresses and which are left outside at the discretion of the delivery driver.
-Delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.

We will not pay for re-shipping costs due to any of the instances mentioned above. We will re-ship after payment of re-shipping charge.
