This handcrafted "Pear & Chocolate" Panettone has a soft well-waved dough with candied pears, dark chocolate and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, which is a Slow Food Presidium product. The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter.
