Here is a condiment made of concentrated tomato paste, capers, and olive oil from the Greek island of Santorini. Sumptuous in flavor, this tomato dip has a lovely thickness and concentration. Tasted alone, it has an intense flavor and is used as a spread. Delectable with our Valbuzzi Rustici breadsticks, it is a wonderful appetizer. Added to just drained, but not dry pasta you have an instant pasta sauce.
